How can i cut my wrist without causing much damage?

I'm depressed. i don't want to cut it deep, just so light. what can i cut it with and where so that i won't bleed much or cut any veins. How much will it hurt? how long will the scar take? please don't answer if u aren't sure or don't know. please don't give me some shitty advice that i didn't ask for cause you don't know me, you don't know my life. thanks.
