Is it true that???????

When your exposed to colder climates it makes your period cramps worse? My period is due in about a week and my grandma told me that if I walk around the house barefooted when the floor is cold it makes cramps worse. And I was like yeah right but I did it earlier and I got really bad cramps? And also my breasts are have veins sticking out is that normal? Im only 14
