Large bulging hand veins?

I'm 22 year old man and i have a lot of large bulging veins in my hands. I'm skinny and they started to appear and became larger ever since i started to lift weights. I want to ask if these veins will become less visible if i gain weight/fat because I'm skinny and it's pretty embarrassing because they're too large.
