What heart problem does this sound like?

i have noticed skipped beats and strong beats to catch up on the missed ones. one time i was relaxing and had a very strong throb from the heart and i could feel the pump deep in the chest and it hurt. heart has been pumping very strong lately and some veins have been hurting as well. there are muscle tremors too in arms and legs and one chest muscles and back. when the heart pumps hard there are clicks sometimes. its like a click feeling
