Help with PCS in conjunction with a school?

I reenlisted downrange for a school that begins in August. However, I have to clear the post before I go and that means I have to move my family. My follow-on duty assignment is Hawaii. I went to the Levy brief today, and got kind of confused. How do I ensure that my family is taken care of when I go to school? Should I not pass, my assignment to Hawaii will be canceled. I am not authorized dependents while attending the course (first phase is San Antonio, and second phase is South Carolina).
